How Your $1 VIP Reservation Works

By securing your spot in the early backer batch, you are utilising the Reserve & Pay Later system provided by Alpha Grid Pty Ltd. Here is exactly how it works:

Payment Structure & Launch Conditions

To ensure we can bring the Explorer Duo to Australia at the exclusive Early Bird price, this shipment is an early backer batch release with the following conditions:

  • 100-Backer Launch Goal: We require a minimum of 100 VIP Reservations to trigger the official Australian shipment. Alpha Grid Pty Ltd will update all backers on our progress toward this goal weekly.

  • Today’s Reservation (A$1.00): A fully refundable A$1.00 deposit is charged immediately by Alpha Grid Pty Ltd to reserve your unit, lock in your A$200 Early Bird discount, and count toward our 100-backer launch goal.

  • The Launch Decision (April 27th, 2026):

    • If the Goal is Met: We will send a confirmation email on April 27th.

    • If the Goal is Not Met: The launch will be cancelled, and your A$1.00 deposit will be automatically and fully refunded. No further charges will occur.

  • Final Balance (A$698.00): Provided the launch goal is achieved, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your original payment method on April 30th, 2026.

  • Total VIP Cost: A$699.00 (Includes all taxes and Free Express Shipping Australia-wide).

Order Confirmation & Communication

  • Your VIP spot is confirmed the moment your $1 deposit is successful.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt from Alpha Grid Pty Ltd.

  • No Surprises: We will send you an email reminder 24 hours before the final A$698 auto-charge occurs.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before April 30th (Pre-Charge): Change your mind? No worries. Simply email our support team, and we will cancel your reservation and refund your $1 deposit instantly.

  • After Full Payment (30-Day Guarantee): Your purchase is protected by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The 30-day trial period begins on the day your Explorer Duo is delivered to your address. If it’s not right for you, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the A$699.00.

  • Failed Payments: If your card declines on April 30th, we will reach out to help you update your details. If we cannot reach you after 2 attempts, your VIP spot will be passed to the next person on the waitlist, and your $1 deposit will be refunded.

Your Agreement

By choosing the "$1 VIP Reservation" option at checkout, you agree to these transparent terms and authorise Alpha Grid Pty Ltd (and its authorised payment partners) to automatically charge the remaining balance on the specified date.

Alpha Grid Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund of the charged amount will be automatically issued to the original payment method.
